Die Zufriedenheit soll verbessert werden, weil sie eine gesteigerte Motivation nach sich zieht – sie ist sozusagen die Grundvoraussetzung für motivierte Mitarbeiter.
Das Ziel des Projektes ist es, nach Auswertung der Fragebögen, gezielte Maßnahmen einzuleiten, durch die die Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit verbessert werden kann und somit das Betriebsklima eine optimistic Entwicklung erfährt. Außerdem sollen die Mitarbeiter, falls nötig, durch neue Ideen motiviert werden.
Unter Betriebsklima versteht guy das Miteinander der Kollegen und den
Umgang zwischen Führungskräften und Angestellten. Wenn beispielsweise zwischen Abteilungen Rivalität besteht, hat dies schlechte Auswirkungen auf das Betriebsklima und stört somit den reibungslosen Ablauf im Unternehmen.
Dies kann soweit gehen, dass sogar der Kunde eventuelle
Streitigkeiten zu spüren bekommt, oder zumindest die schlechte
Stimmung bemerkt. In einem solchen Umfeld könnte die Arbeitsleistung
